The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has presented buses to some Division One League, Ghana Premier League and Women's Premier League clubs.
The beneficiary clubs include: Zone 1 Winners: Young Apostles FC – 1st place (Now in the Premier League) Techiman Heroes FC – 2nd place Victory Club Warriors – 3rd place
Zone 2 Winners: Basake Holy Stars – 1st place (Now in the Premier League) New Edubiase FC – 2nd place Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs – 3rd place
Zone 3 Winners: Vision FC – 1st place (Now in the Premier League) Okwawu United – 2nd place Hohoe United – 3rd place
In several videos circulating on social media today, GFA President Kurt Okraku presented the keys of the buses to the respective teams.
This initiative is designed to motivate clubs to perform at their highest levels while alleviating their transportation burden.
